Besides that there are plenty of free alternatives to Zoom. Here are some of them. Some other tools for French public servants:
  • LaSuite, to keep files in the cloud. I personally use ProtonDrive for that.
  • FranceTransfer, to transfer large files (I don't use this myself because I find simpler to share a link to my ProtonDrive).

As anybody who has dealt with me can attest, I am a walking administrative nightmare. In fact, the poor people dealing with administration keep writting me about new emergencies I caused because I forgot to submit this or that. Marie-Aude is a saint.
